About

Hi. I’m Medic 22. I work on a BLS transport unit and I am a full time paramedic student.

Here’s what you need to know. This blog has been “anonymized” to protect my identity, any patient identity and the name of the company for which I work. (That means I make stuff up and/or “twist the truth” so I don’t get sued or fired.I’m crafty like that.)

If you post any information that may compromise the anonymity of this blog, I may delete it.

I enjoy using this blog as a empty page on which to express myself, but all of the patient info and details have been fictionalized. Get it? IT’S ALL FICTION. Nothing I write has any relation to anyone or anything, living, dead, animal, vegetable or mineral. Of course, your mileage may vary, this offer not valid in all states, ask your health care provider if you’re healthy enough to read this blog.

Oh yeah, if you want to yak at me, feel free to contact me here.

    Hi there, Medic 22 :)

Just getting around to looking at this part of your site (off of facebook) and wanted to send a quick “hello” your way!

I am enjoying your blogs :) I am going through a paramedic program. We are about to start the 2nd quarter next Tuesday. I was originally going to be a music major, but took a one day CPR class and was hooked! It was EMT from there – and now this :) I think your posts are a good learning instrument for those like me!

    Take care!
