Low on everything except the piles of shit that they heap on their employees. If you can go to work for the people you are looking at, it sounds like you should. The Detroit scheduling model is really nice - my regular employer (the folks I work for in Boston) have a similar model, and it works really nicely.</></>Theives in the workplace really sucks. Personally, I suspect your concern about acceptance is unfounded; I don't think you'll have a problem. Considering what you've been doing to get ready coupled with the experience you have OTJ, I think that will give you more of an edge than most. I know it did with me; I'd been working for a little over 10 years when I applied to Medic school, and I think the reason I got into the program I went to was because of the time in that I had. It certainly didn't have to do with preparation - I didn't take courses until after I graduated.... Go figure.</></>You will be fine.
